Named
after Don Nicolás Salmerón Alonso, president
of the first Spanish Republic and
the most famous resident of Alhama de
Almería (our hometown),
this was a social club active in New
York City in
the 30's, 40's and 50's.
In
2009, two videos were posted on YouTube of a party at the Grupo
Salmerón.
